Topeka native Megan Martin has been immersed in photography from a young age, spending hours watching her father deveolp film in the darkroom in her childhood home. Her interest continued to grow while taking film photography classes at Topeka High School. After graduating from the University of Kansas with a degree in Psychology, she picked up the camera again and honed her skills as an artist.

Megan has been a contributing photographer for local magazines including TK Business Magazine, seveneightfive, and seveneightfive I Do. She is the owner and publisher of XYZ Magazine. Her work with XYZ Magazine has helped raise awareness about important issues in the community such as homelessness, bullying, body image, volunteering and environmental responsibility. She is incredibly grateful for the unique and meaningful opportunities to connect with her community through these experiences.

Her work has been featured in local galleries, and can be found for purchase at Leaping Llamas Artisan Shop. She's been nationally published in the Huffington Post, and her photos grace billboards in both Kansas City and Topeka.

She seeks all things adventurous, whimsical, creative and outdoorsy with her three free-spirited children and her adoring husband and his children.
